Advanced Life Support Ambulance

MBA has provided Advanced Life Support (ALS) / paramedic level care for the surrounding communities since the early 1980s. Regardless of the time of day, or challenging weather conditions, the MBA team is here for you when an emergency strikes you or your loved ones.

MBA staffs five ALS ambulances with highly skilled paramedics and EMTs. Our coverage areas include Morongo Valley, unincorporated Yucca Valley, Landers, Johnson Valley, Pioneertown, Rimrock, Joshua Tree, Joshua Tree National Park, Twentynine Palms, and Wonder Valley. Additionally, MBA provides mutual aid to the City of Yucca Valley and the Twentynine Palms Marine Corp Base. Our three stations are strategically located in Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Twentynine Palms.

In addition to providing 9-1-1 services, MBA also provides ALS interfacility transport services. Our ALS transport teams transport patients requiring medical attention to facilities anywhere in Southern California. This includes medical transports between hospitals, nursing facilities, or independent treatment facilities (ex: dialysis or in-patient psychiatric centers). We are also able to provide long-distance transfers.
